What we are doing during COVID-19

We remain open to assist all of our patients during the COVID-19 outbreak. However, for the foreseeable future all appointments will be conducted via telehealth. This will include telephone and, if possible, a video conferencing platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Team.

Due to recent government developments, there have been some changes and updates to our fee policy, as of April 21st 2020. The consultation fee will now be up to the discretion of the doctor. Procedures may still be performed provided that certain criteria are met, which are classified as category 1 and 2 patients.

Please note that we will still be open from Monday to Friday to answer any enquiries you may have via telephone. We wish you and your families’ safety in this difficult and challenging time.
