Booking Process

As a Specialist clinic, patients need referral from their General Practitioner, family physician or other doctor.

When you come for your appointment rember to bring the following:

• Medicare card
• Veteran affairs card (if applicable)
• Pensioner card (if applicable)
• Referral letter from your GP, family physician or other doctor.
• Have your insurance information with you.
• Bring copies of records and x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. from clinics outside.

You may be able to avoid repeating a study if your information is here. You may also arrange to have the records sent here prior to your appointment.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time; however, emergencies occur that cause schedule delays. We apologise in advance if we keep you waiting

To cancel an appointment

Please call (02) 9553 0299 for appointments at St. George Private Hospital or (02) 9398 0200 for appointments at Randwick during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient.
