In keeping with the updated Medicare guidelines, tele-health consultations will be performed via Zoom, otherwise standard face to face consults are offered to all patients and will require a face mask during their visit. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

What we are doing during COVID-19

We remain open to assist all of our patients during the COVID-19 outbreak. However, mature age and immuno suppresive patients will be given the option as to whether they would like to attend the rooms or have a telehealth conferencing for their appointment, as the government has extended telehealth communication indefinitely until further notice. All new patients will need to attend the rooms in person and will have to wear a face mask to ensure the safety of patients and staff. If you are unsure of your circumstances, please call our rooms to discuss your appointment, as to whether or not you should attend the rooms.

Due to recent government developments, there have been some changes and updates to our fee policy, as of April 21st 2020. The consultation fee will now be up to the discretion of the doctor. Procedures will still be performed in keeping with the regulations of both the Government and hospital.

Please note that we will still be open from Monday to Friday to answer any enquiries you may have via telephone. We wish you and your families’ safety in this difficult and challenging time.
