Due to the review of the COVID-19 restrictions, we are still providing our normal services.
However, we do require proof of a COVID vaccination certificate in order to attend the rooms for your consultation.
One vaccination and a negative COVID screening test will also allow an in-person consult.
Otherwise, telehealth services are still available for any patient who prefers not to attend the rooms. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.

Endoscopy

Upper GI endoscopy is a procedure performed by a Gastroenterologist, an experienced Specialist who uses an endoscope to diagnose and, in some cases, treat problems of the upper digestive system, including the oesophagus, stomach, duodenum and small bowel.

The endoscope is a long, thin, flexible tube with a tiny video camera and light on the end. By adjusting the various controls on the endoscope, the gastroenterologist can safely guide the instrument to carefully examine the inside lining of the upper digestive system.
